Chemical and reagent industry color label examples: Obligation for multicolor GHS symbols.

Achieving high-quality label printing while improving operational efficiency! Successfully significantly enhancing productivity.

We would like to introduce a case where the color LED label printer 'Pro1040' was implemented at Dōjin Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells reagents. The company previously used a thermal printer with ink ribbons. Since only one color of film could be set at a time, it was difficult to adjust the position, often resulting in misalignment. To print ten labels, they sometimes had to print around 30 to 40, leading to significant waste costs. After introducing our product, the printing labor for red-black labels was reduced to one-fourth of that of the thermal printer, allowing the workforce to decrease from four people to effectively 2.5. [Challenges] ■ Increase in labeling content for chemical products due to legal revisions and the obligation for multi-color GHS symbols ■ Significant burden of print adjustments according to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity ■ Increased costs and reduced productivity due to poor output yield *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
